Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before renting a vehicle from GS Car Rental.
1. Eligibility
- Minimum age: 21 years for standard vehicles, 25 years for luxury/sports cars, 30 years for Ferrari.
- Valid driver's license required. International visitors must carry their passport. Licenses in non-Latin scripts should be accompanied by a certified translation.
- A valid credit or debit card in the driver's name is required at pickup.
2. Insurance
- All rentals include CDW/LDW (Collision/Loss Damage Waiver) with zero deductible.
- Third-party liability (SLI) is included up to $1,000,000.
- Personal accident insurance (PAI) is optional and can be added at pickup.
- Insurance does not cover damage caused by negligence, unauthorized drivers, or driving under the influence.
3. Tolls (SunPass)
Every vehicle comes equipped with SunPass. All Florida toll charges are included in the rental price at no extra cost. No PlatePass or toll-by-plate fees will be charged.
4. Fuel Policy
- Vehicles are delivered with a full tank (or full charge for electric vehicles).
- Return the vehicle with the same fuel level. A refueling fee applies if the tank is not full.
- For Tesla and electric vehicles, return with at least 80% charge.
5. Mileage
All standard rentals include unlimited mileage within the state of Florida. Out-of-state travel must be approved in advance. Luxury and specialty vehicles may have daily mileage caps - check your rental agreement for details.
6. Cancellation & Refunds
- Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup.
- Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a one-day rental fee.
- No-shows are charged the full rental amount.
- Early returns are not eligible for partial refunds.
7. Pickup & Return
- Express pickup available at MCO (Orlando), MIA (Miami), FLL (Fort Lauderdale), and SFB (Sanford).
- A grace period of 30 minutes is allowed for returns. After that, an additional day may be charged.
- One-way rentals between airports are available for an additional fee quoted at booking.
8. Prohibited Uses
- Off-road driving, racing, or towing.
- Subletting or transferring the vehicle to unauthorized drivers.
- Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Transporting hazardous materials.
- Leaving the United States without prior written authorization.
9. Damage & Liability
The renter is responsible for any damage not covered by the included insurance, including damage to tires, windshield, undercarriage, interior, and personal belongings left in the vehicle. Any traffic violations, tolls incurred outside Florida, or fines are the renter's responsibility.
