• Quotes and contact: name, phone, email, pick-up and return dates and locations, car category and number of passengers.
• Reservation and contract: driver's license and passport details, address, arrival flight, additional drivers and payment information.
• Payment: card data is processed by our payment partners. We do not store full card numbers on the website.
• Vehicle use: location and vehicle data from the car's telematics, tolls (SunPass), traffic tickets and charging, during the rental.
• Browsing: pages visited, device, browser, traffic source and cookies (see section 5).
• Conversations: messages exchanged with our team on WhatsApp, Instagram, phone or email.

• Answer quotes and make, change or cancel reservations.
• Issue the rental agreement, deliver and collect the car, and support you during your trip.
• Charge the rental, tolls, tickets, charging and damages, as set out in our Terms and Conditions.
• Comply with legal and tax obligations and respond to authorities when required by law.
• Prevent fraud and protect our fleet.
• Measure website and ad performance and show GS Car Rental ads to people who visited our site.

We do not sell your personal information. We only share what is needed with:

• Systems we use to run the business (reservation system, CRM and messaging, website hosting).
• Payment companies, insurers and toll and traffic agencies, when the rental requires it.
• Google and Meta, to measure results and show ads (see section 5).
• Public authorities, when there is a legal obligation or court order.

This site uses cookies and similar technologies from Google (Google Analytics and Google Ads) and Meta (Meta Pixel and Conversions API) to understand how the site is used, measure bookings that come from ads and show GS Car Rental ads on Google, Instagram and Facebook. We keep reservation and contract data for as long as required by tax law and to charge tolls, tickets and damages that may arrive months after the return. Quote data without a booking and conversations are kept while they are useful for customer service. After that, we delete or anonymize them.

• Correct inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data, unless we are legally required to keep it.
• Opt out of marketing messages.
• Opt out of the use of your data for personalized ads.

GS Car Rental operates in the United States, so data from customers in Brazil and other countries is stored and processed in the U.S. We use providers with appropriate security measures to protect it.

We use secure connections (HTTPS), restricted user access to our systems and established providers for payments and hosting. No system is 100% secure, but we handle your data carefully and will notify you of any incident that affects your data.

The website and rentals are intended for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. Children's information only appears when a parent provides it, for example a child's age for a car seat.
